Yesterday news came out that Joseph Kony wanted to talk directly to President Museveni rather than deal with the peace negotiators. Today we hear that Museveni is A-OK with that, offered to talk to Kony tonight, and passed on his phone number. I assume Kony will be out of airtime, though, and Museveni will have to call him back.
